Stephen Ministry training will equip you, and our congregation will support you, so that you can show God's mercy, care, and compassion to another who is hurting. You will walk beside your care receiver, pray for him or her, and actively listen while working through life's difficulties. If you are interested in becoming part of our team, we ask that you:

1. Pray and ask God to reveal his purpose for your life
2. Visit www.stephenministries.org to learn more about Stephen Ministry
3. Fill out an application (provided by a Stephen Leader)
4. Meet with a Stephen Leader to discuss your final decision
5. Commit to the Stephen Ministry training
6. Purchase your Stephen Ministry training manuals
7. Attend the weekly 2 1/2 hour training classes for 20 weeks
8. Celebrate the commissioning of our Stephen Ministry team
